CNIP crashes with no error message

ISSUE

The end user starts CNIP, double clicks on Blank IAP or opes an existing IAP, but instead of launching the program it sends you back to the desktop.  No error message is reported.

 

RESOLUTION

Look to your Windows Task Bar and see if you can locate the CNIP program.  If the program is there, it has launched in a minimized state.  Right click on the program in the Task Bar to bring up the context menu.  Choose Maximize to bring the program out of the minimized state.
