	The end user starts CNIP, double clicks on Blank IAP or opes an existing IAP, but instead of launching the program it sends you back to the desktop.&amp;nbsp; No error message is reported.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;

	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;

	&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUTION&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;

	Look to your Windows Task Bar and see if you can locate the CNIP program.&amp;nbsp; If the program is there, it has launched in a minimized state.&amp;nbsp; Right click on the program in the Task Bar to bring up the context menu.&amp;nbsp; Choose Maximize to bring the program out of the minimized state.&lt;/p&gt;
